Should you buy a 2013 Mac Pro in 2019?!

Please don't hate me for this one.
I love the 2013 Mac Pro for all the wrong reasons, who can blame me, the thing looks straight out of a sci-fi film.
I have a tough time actually suggesting the 2013 Mac Pro to buy when there is the 2012 Mac Pro which is slightly less powerful but much more upgradable and much cheaper. Also the newest Mac Pro is right around the corner!
