In this eleventh installment of our quarterly series, Philosophers in the Midst of History, I discuss the life, thought, and importance of John Locke in his historical context. Hm I didn't know Locke was an Arian. Did you know that John Milton was also an Arian? He expresses it in his Christian Doctrine manuscript which was posthumously published because he was too scared to share his beliefs during such a shaky time in England. Curious to know that Locke was also one, I had no idea! Thank you.
