What a great app! I'm looking at digitizing vintage recipe books. I have a bunch and would love nothing more than making them searchable. :D So, I'm glad you mentioned it, even if it is tedious. Maybe someone will want to buy a digital copy after all that hard work. Otherwise, it'll just be for me. :)

Thank you for the video! Luckily my university has a book scanner I could use, but I downloaded vFlat, and I'll try both!

I like buying old books (like between 1800 and 1930), and i don't think most of these books exist anywhere in the internet. So i'd like to find ways to digitize them (without any destruction), then put them online, and run them through an image to text software, so that the content can be searched. I'm sad that there doesn't seem to be any way to automate the whole process. But i guess it can still be partially automated.
