We’ll done I run a 987 Boxster S, 235/265 19s, Don’t think I can run 17s on an S, but curious how you found the difference in the front from 235/205? 265-235, it seems skinny for an S bit 50 profile yes please!!!!

I was following my mate in his Evo 6 and very surprised how well the Cayman coped on the country roads and against the Evo. The Cayman is such a rewarding car to drive, like you I look for any excuse to take it out

Mark, I guess your 17's are the same offsets as your 18's? i.e. ET 43 fronts & ET 57 rears?
I'm interested in 17's for my 987 Boxster.
Do you know if the 17 inch 986 wheels are suitable for the 987?

Not N rated, but I did find PS4 an upgrade over the PS2 on another Porsche car. Something to consider for your next tyre? Just to add PS4 now replaced by PS5, which also gets good reviews?

I like the look too much of my 20s . But as for grip, my 235 P Zeros have never given me understeer. I've only got a couple mills left up front, overdue for new ones w a harsh ride now, but if it's dry and the road conditions are good still amazing grip. ( All asphalt roads, no concrete to compare but might be less on concrete. Freeway interchanges have concrete but I have only understeered slightly due to road gaps or seams causing the tire to lose contact briefly)

Do not buy the pads from Porsche. They are exactly the same Textar pads in a different box, just much more epensive.
