Thanks for that! I learned more in those 30 seconds than I learned from the dealer in all the interactions I had with them.

The buttons were completely out of focus in the video so I couldn't make out what they said.

I don’t know if Canada is different, but in Europe the distances are 1, 2 or 3 seconds behind the vehicle in front. Obviously, the distance varies with the speed you are travelling.

Why when I hit set it never maintains speed? Says radar ready but never curises

This is a very poor video explaining adaptive cruise control. The following points were explained incorrectly:

1. There is no "reset" button as stated in the video. The RES stands for resume, and it used to resume the last cruise control setting after it was cancelled.
2. The following distance setting was shown incorrectly, as having 3 bars on the screen is the longest following distance, and having 1 bar is the shortest following distance.

It's clear that the person in the video has very little knowledge about the adaptive cruise control system, and they should get someone who actually knows what they're talking about to make these "educational" videos.

Your instructions are totally contradicated by the Camry 2021 manual which states that RES is to RESUME cruise control not reset it and that the distances are 160ft (50m), 130ft (40m), 100ft (30m) as indicated by most lines to least lines not the other way around as you describe in the video.
