NH3 is actually a weak ligand, the only exception is when it is with Fe, Mn, Ni, Cr, Co it acts as strong field ligand

In tetrahedral complex we don't write t2g or eg we only write t2 or e because g represent geometry which is not clear in tetrahedral complex
