Could you say -1 equals i squared, then the answer would be 3 times i to the 1/2 power?

as sqrt(-1) opened up a new dimension of imaginary numbers, wouldn't quad-rt(-1) would just be another dimension of imaginary numbers where all the same rules apply accordingly to imaginary set? It would be a fantastic way to see what happens with these spaces in a sequence
