How to troubleshoot a Fishman Pickup (Ukulele)

I need to send in my Uke's Fishman Nuva for repair; however, there is no traditional soundhole on my custom uke, and I don't
see how to remove and replace the pickup assembly from the bridge. Your instructions would be appreciated!
