We just bought our 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid 4 days ago and we absolutely love it!! The Sportage is nice too but the overall look of the Tucson is what we really liked!😉👍🏼

I just bought a Tucson Blue with the tow package. Dealer initially tried to add a 20% FMA ($6800). I laughed and walked out the door. Sales guy flagged me down in the parking lot and agreed to sell at the $34k MSRP. As long as they were sold at MSRP, I could’ve maybe gone with either the Hyundai or Kia, but the Blue was sitting right there with my two prerequisites (a white exterior & the factory hitch receiver w/ wiring harness and plug). And in Texas, the Sportage Hybrid is in short supply. I like that AWD is standard on the Blue trim, with 17 inch wheels, and NO sunroof ( I live in the West Texas desert, and sunroofs are useless). I also noted that Consumer Reports currently ranks Tucson as the highest-rated hybrid in its class (93) vs. Sportage (75).

Tucson hands down! It's rated #1 by US News and 3 year/36, 000 complimentary maintenance on every new Hyundai. I'm going to be leasing a new Kona soon!!!

I like the look of Sportage better because Tucson front grille and interior will become outdated very soon. Sportage interior looks ways better!

I'd take the Kia Sportage for an SUV since it has physical controls and better interior compared to the Tucson.

I ordered a 2022 Tucson Hybrid back in July 2022... 5 months later, it finally arrived but had magically transformed into a 2023 Tucson Hybrid. I got the Phantom Black exterior with all black interior, and it's an absolute dream to ride in and drive... I love my Tucson.

Here in Australia, kia has a few more goodies up its sleeve, such as, 7yr unlimited km warranty, the sportage also benefits from a full Australian suspension tuning as we have alot of rough country roads, our road surfaces are well known to be some the harshest in the world. Personally, I'd sooner buy another sportage, before I would consider the Tuscon, not that the Tuscon is a bad car because it's certainly not.

This is a hard one I would have to choose the Tucson there's nothing bad about the Sportage. I am not a huge fan of the front or the grill on the Sportage one thing but maybe it will grow on me. What I do not like about the Tucson is the way they set up the fully digital gauge cluster I don't like that there's nothing covering it just looks like a heads up display and it's not well integrated into the dash and I don't like that it just sticks out like a heads up display one thing I love about this the Sportage is that they're actually using knobs instead of the stupid touch-sensitive buttons that would have been nice if they were all that way but that's okay but was Hyundai thinking about making all touch-sensitive buttons on the climate control and not even know there's not even a volume knob come on hyundai

can't go wrong with either choice, only if you can find one at MSRP!

The Sportage I's the one! Nice body style, and bigger GPS screen.

The Toyota hybrids don't use a traditional CVT. The CVT transmissions that most people complain about(and are prone to failure) are ones like Nissan and Honda use. I own a shop and have seen multiple low mileage failures from both of them. Toyota/Lexus systems are pretty much bulletproof.

Just purchased the Tucson convenience package and wish I had gotten the hybrid instead for the power, it just seems like the 187 bhp in the model I have could used a bit more power. Still at the end of it all I really am impressed with the overall design and quality.

By experience driving both Kia and Hyundai, Hyundai wins, but Kia wins on looks. Hyundai feels sturdier, smoother, and safe in comparison with the Kia when driving on freeway. However, don’t have experience driving these two newer models. Both excellent reliable choices CANT complain. Haven’t had expensive problem as of yet thnk god. Have a 2015 and 2017 Hyundai and Kia sedans.

I really wished automakers would stop the touch capacitive controls. I prefer tactile physical controls. You have to be looking at the screen in order to make sure you are pressing the right spot, taking your eyes off the road. With physical controls, you can feel the control.

So this weekend I was choosing one of these to buy, the tuscan is nice, but it just doesnt have the tech feel I like and the piano black everywhere made my wife feel fingerprints were going to haunt us. They are both very nice cars but the sportage won me over with the tech suite and the super big cup holders.
