I had a good laugh earlier today when one of my 7 cats came running into the bathroom where I stood taking the wet washing from the washing machine. She was in a frivolous mood and I was so happy for her I laughed spontaneously 😀. I was a participant in a 5 months long personal development course in 2006. I remember when all 20 of us were told to start laughing . We all tried to laugh but nothing much happened. The teacher said just make the sounds and soon we were all laughing . I read that laughing helps to activate the vegas nerve too 😀. Thank you for your interesting and helpful videos. God bless.

Hello Barbara i have H pylori bacteria and i got on antibiotics the first time and they gave me a really bad reaction that i had to rush to the E.R. I tried some natural remedies and went back to get checked for the bacteria again and its still positive they want me to get on meds again and i am scared pls help me ???
