There are 3 movements the glute muscles are responsible for: hip extension, hip ABDuction, and rotation.

We emphasize training hip extension for running, hiking, “growing our glutes, etc. but the other 2 are just as important.

It helps with stabilizing the hip (aka no hip drop) and keeps other muscles in our body from overworking to perform the stabilizing instead decrease back and knee pain.

Enter this booty exercise that helps train those other 2 motions for our hip joint.
