The iPhone is the most overrated phone in the history of mankind. Android phones are not all that much harder to use. People hating on Android phones just because they can't figure out how they use a feature is not a weakness of the phone its a weakness of the user.

I totally agree. iPhones are made of glass so they smash easily and if you get an iPhone on contract you only get 250 megabytes a month! That's ridiculous on an htc brick you can get 750 megabytes a month.

iMac's are brilliant, iPads are pretty cool too and back in the day the iPod used to be shit hot. But why would you buy a iPhone for £600 when it has the same outdated camera and processing system that was on all android phones over 3 years ago. Biggest rip of ever. Apple, just move out of Androids way.

I think Apple is to overrated, ok their mac books and phones work smooth and they've a great disign and stuff like that.but other smartphone brands like huawei or wiko have the same specs or even better specs then the Iphone  and are less expensive.Apple is not worth the money IMO.

Well, there's another problem: Most of the things that were discussed were Google based applications not being native on a different OS. The fact that Google applications run better on a Google developed OS is not surprising to me one bit. If a native Apple app ran on an Android powered device just as it does on an Apple device, you might have a leg to stand on. It's like complaining that a Windows application doesn't run the same on Linux or Mac OS. You're comparing apples and oranges.

Neither of those phones suck. The iPhone has its strengths and weaknesses. Some people prefer the tiled layout of iOS. Some people like the complete customization options of Android OS. It's all a preference and completely subjective.

Yes, some people will say that iPhones are better simply because they're made by Apple. That's lousy reasoning, and you shouldn't put up any kind of fight with them. Some people say Android OS powered devices are better simply because they're powered by Android OS. That's also lousy reasoning as there are plenty of junk, underpowered devices running Android OS due to it being an open platform to develop for.

Realistically, the individual who uses the device is the only person who can say what phone is better, since it's completely subjective. I love the customization of Android powered hardware. I love the ability to create pretty much anything you want for it. I love how it can be the same general OS (with a few minor GUI tweaks here and there) across many different devices. I love that. However, I still prefer my iPhone. Why? I'm just more familiar with it. It does what I want it to do. I like the fit and finish of it. I don't think it's superior in terms of hardware specs or fancy OS tweaks. I don't think Apple ships only super fabulous items. I don't think Android powered devices are junk. I just like my iPhone better, because it's just what I like.

Take both of those phones and replace one with a chocolate cake, and one with an apple pie. Which one is better? Which one sucks? It's the same argument. They're both deserts. They'll both finish off a meal nicely. They'll both taste delicious. But if you don't like chocolate cake, you won't eat it. If you don't like apple pie, you won't eat that.

So really, what's the major problem? I'm not trying to get all mad at this guy saying "the iPhone sucks". I'm just getting upset that there's this need now to say that one thing is terrible, and another is superior.

There's nothing wrong with saying, "I believe both of these phones are good, quality phones, but I prefer the customization of this one, " or "I like the simplicity of this one". In this day and age though, we can't just give a non-biased opinion. It sucks, or it's the best. Never an in-between.

I don't even know why I'm complaining. I'm just sleepy.

I hate iPhone. I bought the very first one 9 years ago and took it back 2 days later after seeing how limited it was. I had to pay a restocking fee, but oh well; it was a small price to pay for not having to be stuck with this crap phone. They don't let you do ANYTHING on the phone; you can't customize menus and t
you can't even do Bluetooth file transfer. The iPhone is a really stupid phone. I'll never understand the hoopla over a phone you can't do anything on; not to mention every new model looks like the same POS as the last model.

I totally agree. I use Apple for my computing (music/ film) but as far as their phone is concerned, they are terrible. I have plenty of horror stories from my iPhone 4 & 5. Their 5 & 6 are almost exact (OS) btw, so this video is pretty up to date.

Part of the reason I like Linux and Android is that everything seamlessly integrates. You install an app, and all your other apps instantly integrate with it, just making a more unified feeling in Android.
