The problem is getting worse and worse with newer phones. (nonetheless I've been having terrible absurd issues with my iphone 13 crashing, speakers no longer working, cant watch videos or listen to music without bluetooth headphones on, and for a little bit then apple headphones worked with the port but now they dont it doesn't pick up the headphones are connected. and so many other issues, it literally does not function properly unless bluetooth headphones are connected and even then it shuts down randomly and then takes like 5 minutes to come back on)

however this is absurd, I checked the battery health and I have only had the phone for TWO years and it is already at 83% battery health. HOWEVER.. My iphone 8 plus that I've had for FIVE years has 78% battery health and its FIVE years old.

thats ONLY a 6% difference.... between a phones battery that is FIVE years old vs a phone that is only TWO years old. That's absurd and it goes to show that the newer the phone is the worse the battery is (in my case at least) I'm done with apple.

And apple support online had the audacity to tell me that "it might be wear and tare" wear and tare?! My iphone 8 plus does'nt have ANY of those issues and it even has some scratches and it has had worse falls. My iphone 13 still looks brand new, if you saw it physically you would think it was a brand new phone. I've always had a case on it and a screen protector. and my iphone 8 plus had a fall once where it fell and bounced on brick stairs and it ruined the screen protector but the phone screen itself was okay with no damage after. but it was a hard fall because I accidentally slinged my hand and it launched out of my hand.

An iphone 8 plus that functions and works better than an iphone 13 thats absolutely insane. Screw apple.

I got mine at release and I use it like 6 to 7 hours a day and that things still at 95% health idk how but hmm it could be u use it on charger btw

i had an old iphone x from my mom. Battery was at 86% (i think) so we went to apple to replace the battery. I cost $70 and they replaced the speakers as well (because they had to). I think it was pretty reasonable so maybe you could do that.

I hate my iPhone13 pro so much it is the biggest pos I’ve ever owned. Crap battery, apps are glitchy and crash all the time, camera sucks. It doesn’t respond to touch correctly but will ghost touch and go on a tirade of nonsense no problem! I had my 7plus for almost 7 years it was my favorite phone and had the original battery and worked flawlessly after all those years. Had the 13 for less than a year how can it be this bad?! Like how Apple? These things should be recalled the touch screen is useless

My iPhone X (iOS 17 btw) is 43% after updating to iOS 17 or less it goes slower and slower forcing me to buy the 14

Had mine iphone 13 in a 6 months and its still on 100%

You have a crap quality charger or are letting it overcharge too often.

I’ve never had an iphone go that low, and I use mine for 4 years generally before they break.
