The context of "Nothing built can last forever, Gabriel." is a quote from Minecraft Story Mode Episode 1: "The Order of The Stone". It is said before Ivor, an Ex-Member of The Order of The Stone places the final wither skull onto the Wither spawner and spawns the Wither Storm.
