Great stuff gentlemen! An overall discussion with regard to "overall" Volume, and then a focus on some of the more intricate "how's & why's".
The underlying theme of course is that "Volume = Cause" Price = Effect".

Why not split the BID/ASK volume? so obvious, and add volume delta to your chart, and volume at price as this will give you levels where big money have an interest
