"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.

The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began – the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

It’s sad that Maddie can never celebrate her wins… I remember watching Dance Moms when these episodes came out and Maddie was the most in demand child of them all. Of course companies would jump on that wagon of having Maddie as there guest star to bring in numbers

It's weird and kinda funny how when Chloe got the scholarship for joffery ballet everyone and Kendal got the magazine thing etc everyone was happy but when Maddie got the part everyone thinks is setup like what if Maddie gets an opertounity once let her

I agree with Melissa wholeheartedly. The moms would ALWAYS complain whenever Maddie got an opportunity and can’t accept the fact that their daughters simply weren’t better than her performance. Just because they were blonde doesn’t mean that they were guaranteed to get the role period. Abby has NO authority for a completely different production or network. But instead of admitting that Maddie got the role fair and square, they play the favoritism excuse

I usually don’t agree with Melissa but this time I do have to agree with her
When other girls get opportunities the moms get so excited even if it’s not their daughter but when Maddie gets something they always assume that it was staged and Maddie was gonna get the role whatever happened and they complain about it.Most of the time that is the case but for stuff like this Abby has nothing she can do about encouraging the casting agents like Maddie works her butt off to get a role and when she finally succeeds they give her no credit whatsoever like it’s so arrogant and rude

13:14 Abby was so rude for saying that, she could privately let her know that for her haircut and as a matter of fact abby had no buisness even to being up the topic if a "bad haircut " . The girl was beautiful and instead of praising her for her dance she had to publicly insult her, outstanding.

in my opinion, i really do think christy was jealous of maddie and the way she would talk about her would rub off on chloe and make her upset. she loves chloe and the girls but the way she would talk about the comparison to maddie was just awful. there were many toxic people on the show, but i think one of them was christy too but everyone really likes her because she was funny and protected chloe, but in my opinion she was very insecure and toxic to chloe and maddie and that’s the reason why they aren’t friends today
