I've never understood why anyone says this is unrealistic when level 4 body armour already exists, those are designed to stop 7.62mm Armour Piercing rounds that have the same force as a 30-06 rifle round, the goons in this scene have pistols and smgs (which fire pistol rounds), that level of armour would eat those. He could also be using thick graphene plating.

You could quite feasibly make an entire suit out of it with the softer more flexible parts (the undersuit) being made out of a Kevlar, graphene (graphene is ridiculously light, lighter than tinfoil, stupidly strong and can withstand forces that would punch right through steel) and carbon nanotube weave, with an aerogel underlayer to dampen the rest of the kinetic force, the materials aren't even that expensive and for someone as rich as Bruce Wayne it'd be pretty easy.

It'd probably, at max, weigh about the same as 1.5x the weight of a suit of medieval armour, those things are much lighter than people think and people can do flips, complete tuck rolls and handsprings in those and quite comfortablely too given that they have immaculate weight distribution. Combine that with the fact that if a person trains enough they can carry roughly 3 to 4 times that weight (Ive personally known people in the armed forces who train at a pretty medium intensity level and can carry their full equipment load without trouble which vastly outweighs that, I've also known quite a few beasts who train pretty much constantly and they can carry that much with no issue whatsoever, Bruce never stops training)

It's a completely dark hallway, the only guy with a flashlight just got took out by a guy dressed as a bat, all your buddies are getting taken down as well, and none of your bullets seem to be doing anything to this unstoppable machine who is slowly moving towards you. The sheer panic these goons are probably feeling is not enough for them to even think "shoot him in the head" let alone hit the shot in a pitch black hall.

I really love that one shot of Batman walking into the gunfire thanks to how armored he is. You know he’s probably gonna feel that later on but just sheer amount of fear those thugs felt must’ve brown pants inducing

using the lighting from the gunfire opposed to a faulty lightbulb or something just makes the impact so much harder

Amazingly shot scene, it really shows how a more violent batman being immune to small arms changes the character.

This movie is so badass. I've heard a lot people say it's boring, but I think Batman fans love it. It's fun seeing a badass but young, inexperienced Batman, still trying to get his feet under him; being a detective. And the Batmobile's introduction is probably the most terrifying car introduction I've ever seen hahaha.

I love how the thugs are using their phone torch instead of a big cheesy bulky flashlight they always carry in the movies. Shows how much realism they put into the film

The choreography in this fight scene, no lights except for the guy with the flashlight who gets taken out quickly and the muzzle flash from the guns, the sound design and music, it all works so well! I love it!!!
