Finally installed my RedlineGoods steering wheel and could not be happier! I am very satisfied with the quality and feel of the wheel. also to add a small trick is straighten the wheels, turn the car off, and lock the wheel, it will help ensure you have a straight steering wheel up on re install

Thanks for this DIY, I have used several of your videos to work on my g. Have a 2012 x sedan, just passed 100, 000. Installed carbon-leather flat bottom wheel, took like 20 minutes to swap start to finish. Best mod yet. Thanks again!

You can find decent upgraded steering wheels for a lot less than $650. It is a great looking wheel but I wouldn't spend that kind of money. I found some for $250 and that was too rich for me. I bought a leather steering wheel wrap. This video will help me take the wheel of to install the wrap better. Thanks to the OP.
