Now that is certainly a slick design. I like it a lot. Quick, simple and well thought out man. Thanks for the link sir. I couldn't quite read the number, but was that an SU 3000 or was it a 4000?? I sold two SU 3000's a couple years ago and then a '70 2000 found its way here along with a bush hog, plows, blade and 6' tandem disc. Three cylinder gasser.

Just built one for my f 250 that has an ag systems bumper... works great!!! Not heading across the river sleddin with this thing but works great hauling heavy loads within the county!

Great idea. I've been looking for a way to pull a trailer from the drawbar. One question I have though is about clearance in tight turns. Since the drawbar doesn't stick out from the back of the tractor much, do you ever find yourself getting the back tires into the tongue of the trailer in a tight turn? That might be more of a problem when trying to back up and turn at the same time.

Any idea why tractors dont come with drawbars on the front of the tractor? Sometimes I want to hook up something and pull backwards a short distance and dont want to turn around or cant. Dont want to run a strap to the bucket but would rather pull from the body.

I kinda did the same thing except I butchered a hitch off a pickup truck put pins on end for 3 point hitch and an upright for top link so now I have the framework for 3 point with receiver tube accepts all the same features plus i can pick trailer up without cranking up jack move and set down with out getting off tractor unless you are going longer distance lock latch and crank up jack

If someone would make one to fit a massey ferguson drawbar, I'd be a customer. I need one of these but don't have the welding skills. Although I guess the need might be incentive for me to go out and buy a good welder.
