I've found that I rather do 36h than 24h. It's easy to just sleep second night and start eating in the morning. I have always slept the second night very well. The additional 12h will give exponentially more benefits. Thanks for the video!

I love it. Ive gone from 457 down to 388. Restarted after i recovered from covid. I have less time to hit the gym but the Intermittent Fasting helps to continue the loss

Hi Mike, would you recommend timing a ‘diet break’ with an exercise break? My trainer likes to make sure I get a ‘rest’ week every 4-6 weeks where we focus more on mobility/flexibility work. Would this be a good time to take a ‘diet break’? Or is it better to time my diet break with a more high intensity exercise week. Thank you!! Am loving the videos.

I have Ballooned up pretty Bad .
I'm also border line type 2 diabetic.
I was doing really good and then Bam
Because I was on a calorie restricted diet.
1500 CALORIES
THEN went back to normal of 2500
That really messed me up . No I'm 285
Second day on doing 16/8

Should I do it everyday?
What would be your best plan for me any advice would be so helpful as I'm fighting

hi Mike, just wanted some advice, I'm 122kg and my goal is to get down to 95kg, I'm 185cm in height, so I want to do the 19/5 intermittent fast, I just want too know how much days in the week should I fast for best weight loss results, should I fast every alternative day so mon/wed/Fri or 5 days of the week and weekends off?, would really be interested in your take on it

To get results fast you need to do 24 hour fast daily and no junk going into system

Mike please i need your knowledge and suggestion... I was in a big caloric defecit for a month like big caloric defecit i was eating only 500 to 700 cal a day while fasting also and my weight dropped from 70 to 56 kg with 177cm and i knew that if i want to keep my weight like that i should go into the reverse doet and add 100 cal everyweek and keep the fasting 16/8 now i reached 800 to 850 cal a day but i every week i keep dropping wieght... Well my question is should i jump from 800 to 1000 this week because it will be easier for me to eat and stop the intermediating fasting and do it only 3 day a week not every day... Or i should keep adding 100 to not eat low carb food.. Please help meeee

I think 14-10 is right for me, simply because if I go beyond 14 hours without eating, I start feeling lousy pretty fast. It's not that my blood sugar tanks, and I know I have plenty of glycogen/fat to keep me going, I just start feeling sick and even depressed. I also prefer daily consistency, because it is mentally easier for me, plus I think it helps keep hormones more stable. Since I work out for 90 minutes every other day, energy and hormone stability are important for keeping my motivation going.

Does having coffee and water break the fast. I have to take medication when I get up. I usually eat evening meal about 5 pm. And then don’t eat anything until 5 the next day. I’ve cut back on carbs trying to keep them below 50. I do take one day off and eat one meal of what I want. I’ve cut out all bread and white foods like rice and potatoes. I started at 390 in July. I’m at 345 now. Can anyone give me any additional tips. My weight goes up and down, is this normal.
