Who said personal finance and managing your money can't be simple? In this video, I go over how I create a zero-based budget in Notion. I loosely mimic my own budget as a mid 20-something year old filmmaker who still lives with her parents 😅.

When you said go buy a skateboard I was shook bc I literally just bought one for myself for Christmas 😅 also thank you for making this video! I did an almost identical thing. I also do this for my individual loans, credit cards & banks accounts, for organization purposes. I highly recommend taking it a step further and adding filters like “annual”, “monthly” - this works best if you’re paying for a subscription like Headspace (which has an annual fee).

Thanks for the Video. Do you know, that you can format the numbers to show you the currency in every cell in $ so you don't have to type "$" every time over and over again? Just click the little "123" button in the cell and chosose "$" as the format. Voilá, you're numbers sho up as a currency.
