How To Get Rid Of Spam Comments In Wordpress

Do you want to get rid of spam comments in WordPress? In this video, I show you how you can achieve that. There is an amazing plugin called Akismet that will detect and remove spam comments from your website, so you don't have to delete those comments manually.

First I show you the amount of spam comments I have, then I will install Akismet, create an account, activate my account, get the API key, and activate the plugin on my website. Then I will show you after a few days how much comments have been removed automatically by Akismet. The great thing is that I do not get all those emails telling me there is a new (spam) comment on my website.

I have more than 50 websites. Using Akismet I have peace of mind when it comes to spam comments.

Try "Forget Spam Comment" plugin. It's far better than Akismet by being 3x lighter, GDPR compliant, unlike Akismet it doesn't send comment submission data to 3rd-party server. Best part, no captcha. No settings required. Just set & forget.

Hi Ferdy, I have got a problem with the addition of focus keywords... A site ranks 1st in Google for the keyword "best laptops under 70000"... In that case, I found the title of that top-ranked site to be 'Best laptops under Rs 70, 000'... So my problem is while entering the keyword "best laptops under 70000" as focus keyword for my site, Rank Math suggests the title and the top 10% of the content should have exactly the same keyword... But how can I manage coz my site title, as well as heading, is 'Best laptops under Rs 70, 000 in India' which is not matching with the focus keyword coz of the Rs and comma... Since my site is for the Indian audience, the title with the currency 'Rs' mentioned looks better, also the comma in between numbers makes it easy to understand... But it's not matching with the focus keyword for which a site is already ranking at the top... Moreover, on entering comma in Rank Math, the keyword gets divided... Pls, help me Sir... I am unable to do SEO optimization for such issues... How to deal with this? Pls help me Sir 🙏🏻
