In this video, attorney Matt Knauss from Knauss Law Firm introduces a new service designed to help individuals restore their right to possess firearms after a felony or domestic violence conviction. He emphasizes that the firm offers a money-back guarantee, providing peace of mind to clients.

Here's an overview of the key points discussed:

1. Money-Back Guarantee: Knauss Law Firm assures clients that their legal fees will be returned if they cannot reinstate their right to possess firearms. This guarantee highlights the firm's commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

2. Conditions for Eligibility: To proceed with the process, certain conditions must be met. These include not having any pending criminal charges, maintaining a conviction-free record for at least five consecutive years in the community, having no conviction of a Class A felony or sex offense, and meeting specific time requirements depending on the felony class.

3. Individualized Approach: Recognizing that each case is unique, Knauss Law Firm emphasizes the need for a personalized evaluation. By scheduling a complimentary initial case evaluation, clients can discuss their specific circumstances and explore the possibility of restoring their firearm rights.

Prospective clients serious about reclaiming their Second Amendment rights are encouraged to contact Knauss Law Firm for a confidential and comprehensive assessment of their situation. The firm's expertise and client satisfaction commitment makes it a trusted partner in restoring firearm rights.

Question. I am looking to return my gun rights. What about being on probation? Does that time count or does it start after you are discharged from community supervision? I am not convicted of any crime for 3 years. I would love advice
