Having my rights restored by Mr White Expunged has given me confidence to continue to achieve my goals and remember that nothing is impossible. It feels great getting my records cleared and being embraced as the true community member and leader that I am.

I feel like without rights restoration, you aren’t totally free from sentencing. When I received my rights restoration paperwork, I felt like I can finally put my past behind me,  and work on ensuring the rest of my life is the best I can make it. I’m grateful to Mr White Expunged

Big respect to Mr White Expunged for helping me clear my felony and misdemeanors, and also getting me back my gun rights.

The only problem here is that only some felons can own guns. Everyone not currently in jail or prison deserves to own a firearm. 2nd amendment guarantees that right.

Not all felons are created equal.
Give all non- felons all there rights back ! 🇺🇸constitution is LAW !

Show me in the US Constitution where it says you can infringe upon some ones God given rights. The government did not grant you these rights. The rights are endowed to you at birth by your creator.

Lmao imagine trying to cash a fake check 32 years ago and never got in trouble since, only to find out you can never own a gun again because of it. This changed things.

This was a 9th Circuit ruling which covers California, Oregon, and Washington, and the ruling only applies to the individual whose conviction was vacated. It's up to the Supreme Court to decide whether ALL nonviolent felons who completed their sentences can own guns. A new 4473 will have to be printed up and NICS and state POCs would have to be updated on the new criteria. Many states would have to rewrite their own prohibited persons criteria laws if SCOTUS rolls back 18 USC 922g(1) to exclude nonviolent felons from the prohibited persons list. If and when the Supreme Court rules on this, there will be plenty of NICS delays and denials until the system is completely up to speed. Best for those who are no longer prohibited to apply for a UPIN with the federal government.

If you have paid your debt to society all of your rights should be returned.
If all of your rights are not returned you should be exempt from paying taxes.

67-YEAR-OLD U.S.M.C. VETERAN (NO VICTIM and NO GUN RIGHTS?)
50 YEARS AGO I was arrested for my DUI 3rd victimless offense after being Honorably discharged from the United States Marines in (1979).
DUI offenses that are non-violent, victimless, without incident, accident, or damaged party should not be an ETERNAL LIFETIME 2-A BAN! (Plenty of police officers and judges have 2 DUI's)
Title 18 922(g)(1) Requires revision because VICTIMLESS/ NON-VIOLENT felons have no 2-A rights.

Kentucky Louisville judge rules felon has right to own gun.

So when do this go into effect for all non violent felons

nicholasyork

The dissenting judged has quite an imagination. Where in the text does it say the amendments only apply to law abiding citizens? Does that go for all amendments. This is long over do. A non violent conviction should not prevent a person from owning a firearm.

"Only effects law abiding citizens anf not non violent offenders." Im sure I'm just confused but that statement seems to negate the first claim of yes non violent offenders can own guns.

Can I as a non violent felon own a gun now or not?

I live in South East Missouri with a 23 year old non violent felony will I be able to purchase a gun?

How do we know which ones are non violent? I need a list. Not that I have a lot. Just ridiculous. I want my rights. I'm a father of 4. It's not ok.
