As a fellow Nigerian I can just say that fu fu is like delicious. You usually eat it with Nigerian soup. You can have Nigerian soup with beef, fish and oxtails. I’m sure you could have more with other things but that’s just what I eat it with And thank you for not just being disgusted, and like giving it a chance

As a fellow ghanian, this was amazing! But what i think u should eat it with is soup or stew instead of curry. For soup, peanut, chicken, or tomato soup work! For vegans peanut and tomato are probably the way to go, or palm nut soup.

Sister try this recipe

First take the horsegram and soak in the water till the horse gram became soft to eat.

Then remove the water from horse gram .

Then add some chopped carrot, Coconut, onion, cabbage and you can add any vegetable that you like and remember that should be chopped

Then add some salt, pepper, and little bit of chilli powder.

So try this recipe really it is so tasty 😋😋

In Sri Lanka, our ancestors used to eat a dish called Thalapa with a fish curry. But it is produce by using palmyrah flour and Kithul flour. It looks same I mean the way this fufu eat by them is same like our thalapa. But it is rich with nutrients. My grandma said we cannot actually chew it but can sallow directly with a fish curry. You should try it too. 😊
