No information on the differences, and why. Arch itself can be very difficult to install & maintain. Hence the many alternatives, based on Arch, but "better". AUR and other "updates" can cause problems. So Manjaro offers its own selection of applications.
So many "differences" you mention in this video are not really differences. The larger the development team behind the brand, the better the debugging, generally. Appearances on all systems can be adjusted. Desktop Environments can also be swapped.
Arch based systems work better with large memory, high powered CPU, because so much heavy compilation from source code, into fast binary code is required.

EndeavourOS and ArcoLinux are the best imo.

I would recommend to install pure arch with scripts like anarchy or archfi. It will be good and easier approach.
