Wow, crazy to think that yesterday I was sitting on a blank Unity project with a white cube and here I am now with a fully functioning game, thank you so much and I plan to make more games in the future.

Takes me 3 hours to follow a 9 min video. Thank you for doing this!!

I am a bad learner, usually just skipping forward on a lot of videos because I find them uninteresting despite them trying to help me learn. However, I haven’t done that a single time in this series. Your enthusiasm and quick but very understandable explaining make this a blast to watch while learning a great amount at the same time. You’re an excellent teacher, never change.

Dude you're amazing at teaching coding, and explain everything so clearly, thank you so much! I've finished all 10 episodes this weekend and have created the cubetastic game! Definitely got a bit more confidence now working within Unity and coding in C# 🤘

I know that it's 3 years already and you're no longer on youtube, but I just wanted to thank you so much, I finally picked up Unity after at least 4 years of waiting to get a new computer and finally I'm starting game deving. I was a huge fan (and I still am) of your youtube channel and the content on it for 6 (or even more) years, your videos are super helpful and so straight to the point that it's almost impossible (with motivation of course) to get lost. Again, thanks for all sweat and tears you've put in making this channel, you inspire lots and lots of people even to this day and I hope that whatever happens you will always remember your help to all the programming community! <3

I love the way that you acknowledge that the way you are doing something in these beginner videos maybe isn't the best way, but is a simple way to implement it, and briefly mention what more complex solutions that work better would look like. It keeps everyone watching both humbled to what they are learning (the basics to grasp concepts) and also excited and curious to learn more, perhaps on their own time reading necessary documentation and experimenting.

If you want to make touch screen controls, you can create two big buttons, place them on either side of the screen in your level, make then transparent and remove the text, Now, create a function that applies the sideways force to the player when the buttons are clicked, and since buttons are phone friendly, you have a game that works on any touchscreen device!

If anybody is stuck and found this hard Ithen restart this playlist and make this game again.
You'll see how much you;ve learned and how much you've missed.
Definitely worth it!

Finally created my 1st game, your tutorials are awesome and beginner friendly . This is my first time using unity and I would have struggled with the interface and all without theses tutorials. Thank you very much!

We did it guys!! And even if you didn't finish, you still finished this tutorial; and knowledge is half the battle! Keep at it, and lets make our dream games come true one day!

Not gonna lie though, the toughest part throughout these tutorials has been the functions. I always get confused on either how to write them properly, and what needs to go where into the functions while dragging and dropping other objects.

I gotta say, I work pretty much full-time in retail with an ever changing schedule. Your bite sized tutorials are perfectly paced and just what I needed! This is the first game I've finished! Thank you!
