easyanticheat setup isn't launching when I try to start it

I run it and nothing opens up, even tried running as admin, it see the icon pop up below and then it instantly closes without any window popping up. Verify integrity didn't fix it either.

tried but verify says everything is ok, and eac wont launch via the way shown. testing deleting eac file the re verify if no go next is full reinstall.
