The setup was not opening for me at all and would only blink when I tried to run as admin, I checked for updates on windows and updated everything i could and it fixed everything for me

What if the AntiCeat exe does not start when I click on it? A window appears for a sec then disappears. It's nowhere to be found.
I can't open the exe, so I can't repair or unistall/install.
I tried to "verify integrity of game files" on steam, I did download the latest visual c++, I did download the windows update, I tried to look forward windows firewall if something was wrong there, but nothing, I Do not have any anti virus stuff on my pc, I did uninstall and reainstall the game on different drivers at least two times, and I still get that anti cheat is not installed error message.
Do I need to reinstall my whole windows system? Because I don't know what to do anymore.
The Game I have problem with is: The Isle.
I need help, I tried to look forward on the internet, but anyone who had the same problem one of these solutions solved their problems.
Any ideas?

(Update: I did reinstall my windows 10, and the anti cheat works perfectly fine:)
