For everyone who's having the same issue as me, try verify the integrity of the game files on steam and running "sfc /scannow" on command prompt.
Also, remember to open cmd as an administrator.

Please tell me, what if (Easy Anti_cheat setup) file does not have .exe? I have Easy Anti_cheat setup, and when i click it, some window pops for one instance, like 0.1 second
