Malaysia and Singapore’s street food has the same roots but just brunch out differently. As a Singaporean with a Malaysian Wife, I honestly like both. Just depends on my mood and appetite to decided which variety I want to have on any given particular day. The one thing lacking though which I must add is that Singapore hawker foods are unfortunately overly commercialised and efficiency have mostly overtaken the importance for it to be delicious.

So, it is safe to say that I give rubbish to a lot of people in Malaysia. I eat wanton mee, I give rubbish. I go supermarket, I give rubbish. I repair my mobile phone, I give rubbish. Eh, I polite one hor, I give, I don't throw. 🤣🤣🤣

One time i was transiting in
Singapore, had a bus trip and came back to sit outside airport. I had some small singapore coins which i just dropped on pavement as no value.
along comes a cleaner and as he passed, he noticed the coins and stared at me.. Ohhhk, only then i remembered the no - littering law ! I froze until he passed and then picked up the coins. Didnt want the $100 fine !!
