I really love how clever these writers were, I was impressed by the way they'd subtly built the "Beetlejuice" gag up over three seasons.

I love the community easter egg that was in the new episode of Animal Control. Joel Mchale is arguing with his partner about how to say a word in Spanish and he says something like trust me I took Spanish in community college.

In my corporate job, our GM constantly kept using the term ‘streets ahead’ with our technology and processes. It was so hard to contain my laughter and even more so when other people started using the term because she had.

Also in episode 5 of the first season (advanced Criminal Law) Pierce sings the new school song. One of the lyrics is “taking air conditioner repair”, which later in season 3 Troy is recruited to the ac repair school. Don’t know if it’s an Easter egg per say but I never noticed before!
