Bookworms who grew up in the '90s were raised on Goosebumps, but the real horror hounds graduated to Fear Street. R.L. Stine's teen horror series was huge in the '90s, and very nearly became a primetime TV series. Now, Netflix has turned Stine's books into a film trilogy event.

The spooky fun starts with Part One: 1994, starring Stranger Things' Maya Hawke, before jumping back to Part Two: 1978, starring Sadie Sink, also of Stranger Things fame. The trilogy wraps up with Part Three: 1666, which explores the origins of the Shadyside curse. Can't get enough of these throwback teen slasher flicks? Here's Sadie Sink herself with some Easter eggs you probably missed in the Fear Street trilogy.

the third movie is actually insane because of how we see every little thing connect. sarah deserved so much better and i lowkey wanted a sarah and deena moment where she somehow thanks her or something

Ruby Lane's walk is so underrated I just have to say it. That girl has such a sassy model walk!

there's this one scene in part two when Nick says "i know i've let a lot of people die tonight." and Ziggy says "this isn't your fault" and him not denying that but also saying " but i won't let them hurt you." was actually foreshadowing that it was actually his fault all along

in 1978. right at the end, ziggy gets attacked and “killed” by the milkman. in 1994 part 2, old ziggy gets attacked by the milkman again.

That twist in 1666 had me turn out, first time in a long time a movie wasn’t predictable

When sherif Goode told that mall guy “people around here usually show me more respect and call me sheriff Goode” and the guy said “more like sheriff evil” that’s how I knew he wasn’t gonna be good in the next one

Deena promised that she'll bring cheese burgers to Sam once it's over. She kept that promise while kissing Sam above the red moss where Sarah was properly buried, the red moss is the symbol of Sarah and Hannah's love for each other 😩🏳️‍🌈

Sarah promised Hannah that one day they would be able to kiss in broad daylight- after the curse is over Deena and Sam have a date with cheese burgers in the same place where Sarah and Hannah kissed during the full moon, Deena and Sam then kiss. In broad daylight.

anybody else notice in particular the song choice of “the man who sold the world” playing as nick was reviving ziggy? such good foreshadowing with the lyrics

Could you imagine if they did a Fear Street 2021 then a 2010 that ended in a 1999 that explains who took the book at the end??? Take my money Netflix!! Make another trilogy!!!

When they killed Goode at the end those killers turned into flies. Beelzebub (his name is mentioned in the film few times) is also known as "The lord of the flies". So It could be reference to that.

I just loved the irony in the part where Deena said, "Goode is evil."

Ok here's one thing. I wish Ziggy was the one who killed Nick. She lived for decades, blaming herself for her sister's death and the only person she thought that believed her, was actually the real cause of Cindy's death. She need a proper closure too.

And plus!! Netflix should make a mini series for each of the killers! I wanna see their background stories too and add in some twist, like there's victim that survived or anything idk
