Finally i have it- There is sometimes a bug that the dove flies over you but do not trigger the dramatic music. Shoot the dove next time. It worked for me. Thank you Westie-

For console users, mostly Xbox:

Record the audio like a game clip
Share it to onedrive
Go to a computer
Save the clip from onedrive to your desktop
Open it in audacity
Follow the steps

It takes HOURS to do and it seems like once you use a headphone on a certain map you can no longer get a headphone on said map. Kinda a bit** but knowing this will save you time
