MY WINGFOIL SETUP: Which Foil Wings To Choose

I got 3 different foil wings, so that I could cover a wide range of conditions with my 4meter Freewing.

After 9 days of sailing in various conditions with the different wings, I'm really stoked with this choice. I also share my foil mast position and backwing angle as these are great options to play around with for more or less lift feel.

My smallest wing the 1100 XType was extremely fast in the high winds we had and it was really fun to experience the more unstable feeling this small wing was offering.

The 1300 EType turned out to be a great all-round wing, easy to handle in strong winds, still fast and also still giving quite some lift in lighter airs.

The 1800 Etype was my big light wind wing. It was soo cool to feel how easy the wing lifted me up even in really light wind and with my 4m Freewing. Compared to the 1300 I could definitely feel that it was slower, but that didn't mean you couldn't carve around or jump with it!

If you can I would recommend this 3 wing combo. If you have to choose just one I would recommend either the 1800 or 1300 depending on if you would like to rather cover a very low wind range or already build up quite some speed.
