Just got this! I'm a jeweler! I LOVE IT!!! Seems to work great at every angle and it's automatic ignition with a lock! I got it for the adjustable flame for those tiny jump rings!!! I'm going to go solder some bezels right now!

Hello. okay? I'm from Brazil and my product is showing a defect in the flame lighter, so it doesn't work. I would like to know how to send it to technical assistance here in Brazil.

Can this be used to work with silver solder on copper or steel?

I have had two of these brand new and the first one didn't adjust the flame length and the second one adjusted for like 15 min then the next time I tried it it did not work
