That’s what I do with my cane. Piece of paper blowing away from me in the parking lot? Reach out and snack it down with my cane. Something on the top shelf in the grocery store? Reach up and pull it off the shelf. Husband acting up? Reach out and….why such minds! I’m too sweet!

It's good practice. If you can delicately pick up a scrap of paper you can handle that spreader in any dicey or delicate situation.

Honestly, that kind of practice will probably end up saving a life, being that confident, quick and comfortable using a tool is going to make all of the difference in a crisis situation where speed and precision count
