Please try my favourite soup. Get yourself some heirloom squashes (my favourite are the acorn family) and wash them good, cut them up, scoop out the seeds, and put the pieces on a baking tray. Dust the whole thing with cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, oil and just a hut of spice. In the oven around 150°C for AT LEAST two hours. But all of it in a blender, skin and all, with some oat milk. Blend until desired texture. It's my yearly welcome of fall 🌻

Next level soup. I also adore the creamy, thick ones but these days I only manage to eat (and cook) one course for lunch so when it's a decision between having soup or the main course, soup never wins 😢.
