Peanut butter makes everything peanut better. Try this Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie in your #BlendJet and enjoy the delicious and buttery feeling that comes along with it!

Total Time: Less than 5 minutes
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 frozen banana
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Ice, float to top

DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to your BlendJet
2. Blend for 1-2 cycles
3. Top with peanut butter cup pieces and enjoy!

If you add some oat milk or milk of choice with some ice coffee it's even more delish! N good for protein to help keep u full also I sometimes add breakfast essential drink mix powder to it as welll

To make it a bit healthier, I use ovaltine, almond milk, peanut butter, and a banana. If you want some protein — and I feel make it a little creamier, throw in chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds. If you use a third or half the portions for the seed, it should come out to less than 600 calories. Mine is usually between 500-600 with the seeds, but that depends how much you put in for each ingredients. I usually only use a third of the recommended serving.

I made it with 1 cup milk half banana not frozen 2 spoons peanut butter then 5 chocolate chips then 5 big ice cubs thanks it was good
