Bluetooth started disconnecting randomly with this speaker after about 2 years. I'm pissed off don't know what to do, it's nearly a brick because some apps don't resume playback after disconnection/reconnection occurs (ignoring the annoying interruption to music). Anyone knows if it's possible to fix this issue? I've reset it a couple of times. It's definitely this speaker - I have JBL which doesn't ever disconnect. I wonder if I can open the speaker and maybe see if there's dust or something, maybe contacts need cleaning, or the Bluetooth chip replacing? Maybe a 5.3 chip? Damn. I had more faith in Anker than this. Apart from this issue, this speaker is awesome, it has an amazing battery life, sounds super. Okay it has other issues such as volume level isn't in sync with my Android phone, so sometimes I have to reconnect because it's too quiet. My JBL doesn't do it - the volume on my phone always syncs up correctly with the speaker. I think I'll go with another brand for a replacement (my JBL is only a tiny one, Go 3). Any suggestions welcome! Oh yeah another thing that bothers me is not being able to buy the Motion Boom Plus and use TWS on it - one would think it isn't that hard to make them compatible? This sort of stuff makes you think that Soundcore/Anker is just that - don't wet your pants about it, it's not Bose nor Sonos, but a wannabe with crappy issues down the line. Argh. Rant over. Sorry :)
