I really liked your 1st alternative ending, up until the point to where Capt America says “hail hydra”. Knowing what a man of morals and truth Steve Rodgers is, he would never team up with an enemy, especially Nazis, just to defeat another enemy, and especially if that enemy, was an old friend. Reason he refused to go against his old friend Bucky, regardless of what may have happened. Also, The Punisher not only respected, but idolized Capt. America beyond anyone can imagine, considering he is the punisher, so I cannot see him killing the very man he looked up to his entire life. Still pretty good though.
