@bogdan. The fix on this was replacing the oil pick up tube. The fault codes were for intake and exhaust vanos mechanical Malfunction. We hope this video helps. Thanks for the follow

What was the cause of the breakdown in the first place?

mine got new intake vanos unit, both solenoids, rectangrings on both intake and exhaust camshafts. all in authorised dealership. however i still have check engine light on, loss of power in 2-3krpm range. The dealer suggested to open entire engine and replace everything they beleive...:)
I will ask indyshop to look at this at next oil change.
And one more question: could this jammed pipe effect on high oil consumption? mine is 1l per 700-800km.
