Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
2-4 tsp milk

Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 F degrees (180 C).
In a bowl add oat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix well Add milk, vanilla extract, oil. Mix well .
Roll to form a round shape
Then press it with your palms to flatten it and
Bake at 350 F degrees (180 C) for
15-25 minutes
Allow to cool for 5 - 10 minutes Store them in an airtight container.
