Of all the colours they could choose..

It could be a bad imitation of a DJI drone, nasty green colour. Maybe just using a None DJI app would be the answer to the paranoia governments have, as long as the app is good. I doubt that company can produce a better drone than DJI, and DJI is people first choice.

The drone is too expensive. $5, 100 as a base model price and $7, 600 for the raptor T that's almost $2, 000 more then the exact same drone I can get from DJI. Definitely not a resolution to whatever made up problems they have with DJI.

Hobby drones killed our RC hobby, now drones are being taken down by legislation.

The gall of claiming to call anything innovative or revolutionary when you've literally copy pasted a mavic and quadrupled the price.

This new drone is trash. Just a scare tactic about DJI. I support DJI 💯. If yall dont like DJI then get rid of all your iphones and all other chinese made products.

I don't want an american drone that spies on the make one in red. Red drones are very fast.

Such a surprise, the "land of the free" is at it again. The USA really needs to change their national anthem. It rings hollow and is outright embarrassing.

Hi Sean, Great news and detail for this new drone manufacturer. Hopefully this will pave the road for the consumer market as well.

Jerry

Spray painted mavic 3. Why go with this awful color. At least white or orange

Glad it's green so I can loose it in the countryside!

Problems with paranoia and we know it's political too.

It's all about the DJI OcuSync 4.0

O4 Sync Transmitter is a game changer not talked about enough without competition at the moment.

Cheers 🥂 🍻

OK... but in the UK, do you trust the Americans collecting your data any more than you trust the Chinese? The main difference will be that the big data will be owned and - mostly - used commercially. However, the data will be stored in the USA, which is still a foreign country. I would trust the NSA more than DP corporates.

It is well established that Chinese firms are required to share information with intelligence services under various laws, including the National Intelligence Law. There is no allegedly about it.

Would be nice to see some US based co.panies with drones for the average consumer. It's an issue I haven't seen any company tackle yet. As all Blue sUAS rated drone are $5k+, then this starts at $5k.

I love my Specta Air. I wished Amazon sold batteries. It may not work with the new Avata2 goggles and controller, but they work with the air 3. As far as the ban on DJI. Do people remember the import tariffs on Japanese cars and motorcycles. Japan snuck around by putting final assembly (not manufacturing) plants in the US. Hmmm.

Interesting - will have to see if they come to the UK/European market. Having seen some of the permissions that the DJI app needs are scary - but does this mean that any other big company apps are any different? likely not - but they are concerning.
