Thank you. I aspirated a Bimac Anthia today following your technique. I've had the fish in QT for a week but had been uncomfortable with the procedure. Today the fish went into an H2o2 bath and it pretty much died. With nothing to lose, I gave it a go. It seems to have been successful! I'm not sure what the long term prognosis is, but there's definitly a chance of survival.

One aspect I was unsure about... How do you avoid removing too much air? I guess the answer is a bit of intuition and stopping when the side profile is no longer bulging. I might have gone a bit past that point but I don't think that I went too far.
