Tutorials are more like a stepping stone to point one to the right direction in a programming roadmap. Of course, tutorials alone won't make you an expert 'cause after you finish that tutorial, you're basically on your own. You're gonna have to figure out everything else. Know how to Google what you need to create your passion project and everything, but tutorials just help with the fundamentals.
