First off, I put my real name in as a user (first name then a space then last name). The cmd prompt completed successfully at that point. When I went to the 2nd set of commands to make the user an administrator, I got errors. I went back into regular windows console and into the control panel. Even though the command said successful, only my first name existed. So I went back to the cmd (as administrator) prompt and tried the 2nd command. This time I got the message I was already a member of that group. I go back into Windows and log off the default "valued customer" and tried to log on to my new account and it asked for password. I never made a password so I made up one and got the error message incorrect password. Next I clicked reset password. I then got a warning I would lose everything on system. What a crock! Wasted time all because it wants a password. When I went back into windows with the old valued customer default administrator and clicked on manage another account, I found my account and tried to change whatever the password apparently had been made (that I didn't make). Again message warning I would lose access to all files and folders. When you made this tutorial, you should have warned about the password problem.
