I can't say that one or the other is better; they are both fantastic. BF did an excellent job of capturing the proportions and keeping them all the same so there is continuity to the character. They are both slightly different styles, though, and I think I prefer Julia's a tad bit more, mostly coming down to some of the detail like the shape of the eye and light reflections there, along with the softness to the colors. I also like certain aspects of the line work from both; the weighty lines in the clothing details and hair give depth and defined edges where there should be separation, but the variable and lighter weight lines on the body smooth out the transitions more realistically.

WHY ARE THEY BOLTH SO GOOD!? I cant choose

Left has more detail, better coloration and has more of the desired "Anime Style"

Right has better lighting and shading effects and looks less like they're being blasted by the sun (referring to skin brightness, not being rude, it's just really bright in comparison and stands out to me).

Both are really good, just for different reasons. The left looks like it's from an Anime, or some concept art, while the right looks like the in-game model of said character.
