Samsung Bean user here, I'm both impressed and mildly disturbed at how accurate the last one was. The first couple points were a given, but the last few were too real.

Sony: "if you use a sony your hella npc"
Apple: ehem yeah right. Very npc.. Don't mind me

Watching this as a girl in a cute coffee shop with a fuzzy sweater and black Sony XM4s knowing well that I watched ALL of the videos listed and I am, in fact, a huge tech nerd, makes me feel called out but at the same time like I’m the chosen divergent one who unites the “two kinds of XM4s users” and I love you for that

First of all, I'm not sweaty because I'm a tech nerd, I'm sweaty because I just went for a 10 mile run.

I own both Sony XM4 and Bose QC 45, I always opt for QC45 due to sound clarity and sound stage as I always listen to classical music and podcasts. XM4 sometimes can sound a bit muddy or too warm. However it’s individual preference though.

I just got Sony xm4s since they were on sale and they’re so damn good, the noice cancellation is amazing and sound quality is crazy good.

I bought the Sennheiser HD599s when they were ridiculously cheap on amazon, don't mind that the 6XX is a bit better. I'm happy with these; they sound way better than my Cloud Alpha.
My in-ears weren't on this list (probably because the company is a bit niche-ier): the Moondrop Aria :)

Everything you said is so accurate and your videos are funny af. Fortunately I use AKG so I don't have to go through identity crisis when I watch this.

Airpods pro 2 is my choice because I have issues with hypersensitivity and need the noise canceling in public, and while I could had gone with Sony or bose but the airpods case is very small and well built and the plethora of accessories is nice to have too, and I got them on sale for $180

6:14: i did buy the sennheiser over the mx4 because their mid range of voice was better, i have personality and i do have a superiority complex

I use the Sony XM3s and they are unbelievably great, especially if you vacuum the flow, because of their incredible noise cancelling and and I love their extensive sound.

I also use the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 which actually sound very similar to the AirPods Pro 1, which means they sound very good for 150€. They also have a pretty decent noice cancelling.

I have a Sony MDR-V6 that was handed down to me. They produce an incredibly smooth sound, and if you're suited to something warmer and/or creamier, then you probably won't really like it all that much. It also doesn't have noise cancelling, and it's more suited for a studio. It's definitely not a first choice of everyone, but I didn't really have a choice anyways.

In terms of comfort, the V6 is a hybrid of over-ear and on-ear (this definitely affects acoustics as well). I have aftermarket ear cups, so they're quite comfortable, but your mileage may vary, depending if you have the original ones or not.

The V6 is discontinued, but they make a newer version of it, the 7506. The 7506 has a less bass than the V6, as far as I've heard. Both have insane clarity (compared to other non-audiophile headphones), and such they're used in studios (including podcasts).
