I believed that the CA that lied to you got so offended that not only you understand but also speak the language. I’m so happy you really didn’t let this passed. We’re spending thousands, we do not deserve to be treated like that.

These sale assistants are always lying when there is a complaint against them. Playing the « misunderstanding » card bla-bla-bla
I ve had the same awful treatment in a Chanel beauty boutique. It took me over a month to contact HR DIRECTLY (always OOO right!) but I didn’t give up and I also pulled my Karen card and filed my complaint against that sale assistant! If we don’t do it they always get away with it. And problem is there are cameras but no sounds unfortunately.

Oh this is legit the best outcome. I'm so glad she got called out and had to answer for lying. That whole "she didn't understand, English barrier" is the BIGGEST BS I've heard. She just for whatever reason didn't want to sell you the bag... like girl it's not YOUR bag. Unbelievable. I'm happy you got your speedy and hopefully, this SA will be held accountable. Thankfully, it worked out for you but this has to be addressed with consequences or she will do this to someone else.

Can’t wait for Part 3 now! The SA at the spa location purposely didn’t want to make a sell. I’m glad you gave additional info that it wasn’t a misunderstanding to the Assistant Manager.

Well done and happy to see you holding that bag! Yes, the store mngr needs to know and hold them accountable. They did not just lie but scared you thinking your account or card had been hacked and put you through having to call your own store and involve your SA. Looking forward to the unboxing. Wow! What a turn of events😔 It is not possible that a ten year experienced sales associates behaves with such a horrible attitude. I'm glad you did not become vulgar and stoop down to their level. The store manager at least listened to you but too bad that they did not say mea culpa. I pity those that have to deal with that treacherous snob.
